The terms governing our advisory services.
1. Services
Rockhance provides independent construction advisory services including value engineering plan reviews, BOQ reviews and risk assessments, construction program development, methodology reviews, and site visit advisory. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work commences.
2. Engagement and Fees
Fees are quoted based on the scope and complexity of each engagement. Fixed-fee reviews are agreed upfront. Phased and retained advisory engagements are billed according to the agreed schedule. All fees are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified.
3. Independent Advice
Rockhance is an independent advisory firm. We do not build, supply materials, or receive commissions from any third party. Our advice is provided in your interest based on our professional assessment of your project.
4. Limitations of Advice
Our advisory services are based on the documents, information, and site access provided to us. We are not responsible for issues that cannot reasonably be identified from the information available at the time of our review. Our advice does not constitute a warranty of construction outcomes.
5. Confidentiality
All information and documents you share with us are treated as confidential. We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents, and advice prepared by Rockhance for your engagement are provided for your use. They may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties for commercial purposes without our written consent.
7. Liability
Rockhance's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the scope of our advisory role.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
