With more than 20 years of experience delivering complex construction and engineering projects, Elie has built a reputation for solving challenging problems, managing project risk, and leading successful project outcomes across industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
Having managed projects valued up to $100 million, Elie understands firsthand the decisions, pressures, and uncertainties that project owners, developers, and contractors face throughout the project lifecycle. His experience spans project planning, procurement, construction delivery, stakeholder management, commercial administration, scheduling, risk management, and value engineering.
As a PMP-certified Civil/Structural Engineer and Member of Engineers Australia, Elie combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach. He works closely with clients to simplify complexity, provide clarity, and support confident decision-making from project inception through to completion.
